Save a Visualization

Save your visualization as a lens.
Available in Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience.
Available for an extra cost in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions. Also available in Developer Edition.


User Permissions Needed
To view visualizations: Use Analytics
  1. While viewing data in a lens, tap Actions Actions | Save a Copy Save or Save As.
  2. Name your new lens.
  3. Tap Save.
    You can view your saved lens in LENSES.

    If you’re logged in to your Salesforce org, your lens is saved in and accessible from the full Salesforce site, Analytics in a Web browser, and Analytics for iOS. The lens is saved in My Private App. If desired, the lens can be moved to another app from Analytics on the Web.

    If you’re in the playground, your lens is saved only on your device.
